Community Manager (Web3)

Find Satoshi Lab is a Web3 product development studio behind hirify.global, a community-centric lifestyle app combining gaming and Web3 to promote fitness and healthy living.

What you will do

• Manage and grow hirify.global’s Discord and Telegram communities.
• Collect community feedback, solicit product improvement ideas, stimulate discussions, and curate events and hangouts.
• Monitor and report daily social sentiment, including competitor activity, relevant news, trends, and major complaints.
• Identify potential collections to list and escalate emerging community or brand crises.
• Coordinate with moderators and organize community feedback into actionable trends for the team.
• Present data-driven community insights to product, brand, creative, and digital stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must already be an active hirify.global community member with a strong understanding of how the product works.
• Experience managing and scaling communities with significant follower bases.
• Ability to respond to community messages quickly, comprehensively, openly, and inclusively.
• Knowledge and passion for blockchain, NFTs, and play-to-earn concepts.
• Ability to use social media tools to identify trends, statistics, and insights.
• Strong communication style that resonates with Web3 and NFT culture while remaining professional.
