Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel for video shoots may be required.

Base compensation: $100,000–$125,000 per year across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Create product animations, explainer videos, product walkthroughs, title cards, lower thirds, and other motion graphics.
• Edit raw footage into polished, high-energy videos with strong pacing, color, and sound design.
• Transform interviews and product demos into short-form content for TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn, social, and paid channels.
• Capture interviews and b-roll by operating cameras and setting up basic lighting and audio equipment.
• Experiment, ship, and iterate on creative assets quickly and regularly.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Demand Gen, and Brand on video content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency, in-house creative team, or similar high-growth environment.
• Experience collaborating on complex, cross-functional creative projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects skills.
• Strong understanding of hooks, aspect ratios, safe zones, and social media video trends.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve creative workflows and communicate complex ideas.
• Strong systems thinking and clear, direct communication under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Camera operation experience, preferably with Panasonic Lumix equipment.
• Experience with basic lighting setups and professional audio recording.
