Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in the London or Edinburgh office; office attendance is expected by default.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered legal operations platform for in-house legal teams, used by more than 500 companies.

What you will do

• Create launch videos, feature announcements, and product animations.
• Turn complex legal and product workflows into clear visual stories.
• Build a scalable motion system with templates, transitions, components, and export standards.
• Produce social content, event openers, conference loops, and sales enablement assets.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, producers, Growth, Product Marketing, and founders from concept through delivery.
• Brief and manage freelancers and use AI tools to improve production quality and speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of motion design experience, ideally in-house at a product or technology company.
• A strong reel of shipped work and the ability to explain the creative decisions clearly.
• Excellent visual taste, high craft standards, strong narrative instincts, and the ability to simplify dense ideas visually.
• Ownership mindset and initiative to build a function and identify gaps independently.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and Figma.
• Comfortable using Premiere for video editing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rive, Lottie, GSAP, or web motion.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience using AI video tools.
• Experience building reusable motion systems or libraries.
