Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with regular in-office work in London or Edinburgh

hirify.global is building an AI-powered legal operations platform for in-house legal teams, bringing requests, workflows, AI agents, and legal judgment into one system.

What you will do

• Create launch videos, feature announcements, product animations, and social content.
• Turn abstract legal and product workflows into clear visual stories.
• Build a motion system covering templates, transitions, components, and export standards.
• Produce event openers, conference loops, and sales enablement assets.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, producers, Growth, Product Marketing, and founders from concept through delivery.
• Brief and manage freelancers and use AI tools to improve quality, speed, and creative range.

Requirements

• 3+ years of motion design experience, ideally in-house at a product or technology company.
• A strong reel of shipped work and the ability to explain the creative process clearly.
• Excellent taste, high craft standards, strong narrative instincts, and the ability to simplify dense ideas visually.
• Ownership mindset and initiative to build a function rather than only execute briefs.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and Figma, plus comfort using Premiere for editing.
• Expected to work from the office as the default in the selected London or Edinburgh hub.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rive, Lottie, GSAP, or web motion.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools.
• Experience with AI video tools or reusable motion systems and libraries.
