Solutions Engineer (CPaaS)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration, remote work, and flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Act as a technical mediator between hirify.global, customer deployers, and development teams.
• Design and deliver customer solutions, product proposals, deployments, connectivity, and integrations.
• Integrate CPaaS and SaaS products into client systems using custom-scripted APIs, SFTP, and other solutions.
• Conduct customer demos, proofs of concept, workshops, and solution integration enablement sessions.
• Collect technical requirements, create integration plans and documentation, and handle technical and security questionnaires.
• Support project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in technical implementation, solution delivery, technical consulting, or project-based roles.
• Advanced English proficiency required for client engagement and collaboration with regional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing technical projects end to end, from kickoff through go-live.
• Ability to participate in presales discussions and connect business requirements with technical solutions.
• Degree in engineering, IT, systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CPaaS platforms or communication technologies such as SMS, chatbots, contact centers, or omnichannel solutions.
