What you will do

• Support software engineers in developing software products and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and engineering support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver software projects.
• Mentor team members through feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
• Manage project tasks, priorities, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while contributing to engineering strategy and technology assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in leadership or mentoring, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training.
