Senior Fullstack Engineer (Okta)

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end technical support for Okta, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Support Identity Access Management systems and protocols, including LDAP, SSO, SAML, and WS-Fed.
• Develop and maintain Java backend services and JavaScript frontend applications.
• Build user scenarios with Okta APIs and SDKs to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Document API and product bugs for Engineering teams and contribute to training and documentation improvements.
• Deliver customer support through written communication, live chat, conference calls, and in-person interactions while supporting 24/7 three-shift operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Okta support.
• 3+ years of experience in customer and technical support.
• Strong Identity Access Management experience, including LDAP, SSO, SAML, or WS-Fed.
• Proficiency in Java for backend development and JavaScript for frontend development.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Willingness to support 24/7 operations and work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta APIs and SDKs.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and documentation tools.
• Process improvement experience.
