What you will do

• Provide end-to-end technical support for Okta, covering troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Maintain Identity Access Management systems including LDAP, SSO, SAML, and WS-Fed.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and frontend applications with JavaScript.
• Build user scenarios leveraging Okta APIs and SDKs to reproduce and resolve technical issues.
• Document bugs and product issues for engineering teams to drive long-term solutions.
• Support 24/7 operations within a 3-shift environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Okta Support space
• Mandatory Okta Certification
• 3+ years in customer and technical support roles
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript
• Strong experience with IAM protocols like LDAP, SSO, SAML, or WS-Fed
• Willingness to support 24/7 operations in a 3-shift environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Okta API and SDKs
• Experience with bug tracking and documentation tools
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot
