Implementation Specialist, Bilingual (Spanish) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the United States; hybrid schedule available for candidates in the Chicago, Illinois metro area.

What you will do

• Deliver initial and expansion deployments of Keeper’s technical SaaS security products.
• Configure and tailor solutions to each customer’s requirements and objectives.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate risks to engineering when necessary.
• Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking customers verbally and in writing.
• Document customer configurations, customizations, communications, and implementation progress.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and share status updates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English required.
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with SaaS deployment; security software experience is preferred.
• Experience leading external customer engagements and managing customer relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills across global regions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.
• French language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, project management, or equivalent experience.
