Implementation Specialist, Bilingual (Spanish) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; hybrid schedule available for candidates in the Chicago, Illinois metro area.

What you will do

• Deliver initial and expansion deployments of Keeper’s SaaS security products.
• Configure solutions to meet customer requirements and objectives.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage implementation risks.
• Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking customers in writing and verbally.
• Maintain configuration, customization, and communication records for each implementation.
• Manage multiple projects, report progress, and collaborate with product development on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English required.
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with SaaS deployment; security software experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead external customer engagements and manage customer relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently across global regions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.
• French language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
