MD, Global Head of Corporate Real Estate Performance & Strategy

Expected annual base salary: $275,000–$300,000

What you will do

• Lead operational performance, governance, execution discipline, and continuous improvement across the global corporate real estate platform.
• Translate strategy into operating plans, KPIs, reporting routines, approval processes, and scalable global standards.
• Oversee a global portfolio of developments, relocations, expansions, consolidations, renovations, and workplace transformation initiatives.
• Lead the CRES Program Management Office and strengthen project controls, risk management, change management, and delivery predictability.
• Provide senior oversight of OPEX, CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, financial approvals, vendor performance, and strategic sourcing.
• Lead and develop regional and functional leaders in a global, matrixed organization while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Technology, HR, Legal, Compliance, and regional leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, operations, finance, governance, transformation, commercial real estate advisory, or large-scale program delivery.
• Experience leading global portfolios, operating models, programs, teams, and governance routines in large, complex, matrixed organizations, preferably with 5,000+ FTE.
• Managing Director-level scope, judgment, accountability, and executive presence.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial real estate, facilities operations, occupancy planning, portfolio analytics, lease structures, and real estate accounting.
• Significant OPEX and CAPEX oversight experience, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial approvals, and accounting policy compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
