Salary: $182,300–$291,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead asset management strategy and execution for a 900+ location retail real estate portfolio.
• Optimize asset and portfolio performance by identifying acquisition, leasing, disposition, and capital investment opportunities.
• Oversee lease and sublease negotiations, renewals, restructurings, amendments, and non-gas tenant relationships.
• Direct CAM, real estate tax, insurance, utilities, reimbursement, budgeting, billing, and reconciliation processes.
• Evaluate strategic acquisitions, purchase options, ROFRs, add-land opportunities, and site due diligence for fuel, convenience, and travel center developments.
• Lead the asset management function, develop processes and metrics, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant real estate experience, including asset management and transaction experience.
• Demonstrated people leadership, employee development, and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience in the fuel, convenience, or QSR industry.
• Strong analytical, financial analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent facility with mental math and complex financial underwriting.
