Business Data Analyst (SQL)

What you will do

• Collaborate with business users to gather and define data-related requirements.
• Analyze data sources, flows, and models to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Perform data mapping and profiling to ensure accurate transformation and integration.
• Create structured documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and Data Mapping Specifications.
• Coordinate with the Data Team to design and deliver technical solutions.
• Support data validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in data-centric projects.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for analysis and validation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Product Owners.
