AI Integration Engineer – Digital Transformation (m/f/d) (AI/Automation): Building secure AI applications, enterprise integrations, and automation workflows for global HR systems with an accent on Python, n8n, UiPath, AWS, and integration architecture. Focus on deploying Claude-based solutions, designing access-controlled AI integrations, and operating scalable workflows across Europe and APAC.
Location: Hybrid role based in Gurugram or Bangalore, India, with a minimum office presence of 3 days per week; regular collaboration across Central European time zones.

What you will do
- Lead the technical workstream for internal automation projects, including HR system evaluation, integration complexity assessment, data dependency mapping, and migration support.
- Design and build multi-step automation and integration workflows with Python, n8n, and UiPath, including retries, exception handling, monitoring, alerting, and documentation.
- Develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, SFTP, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Build secure Claude-based AI integrations with HRIS and enterprise systems using MCP servers, connectors, plugins, and agent frameworks.
- Deploy and operate internal applications on AWS with access controls, secrets management, credential rotation, and audit logging.
- Analyze business processes, design scalable target architectures, and collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and APAC on 3–6 month projects.
Requirements
- 6–7+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, or AI application development; exceptional mid-level candidates may also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with Python, n8n, and UiPath, with a focus on engineering automation workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, SFTP, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, Glue, Secrets Manager, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including Git/GitHub, Docker, release management, least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and credential handling.
- Comfort collaborating across European and APAC time zones; n8n Level 1 or Level 2 certification is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms in configuration, integration, or migration.
- n8n Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
