What you will do

• Own features from design to delivery, including writing automated tests and performing code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in accessibility, performance, and scalable architecture.

• Utilize AI tools extensively to accelerate internal development processes.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers and product management to drive the technical architecture of the policy framework.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building features for web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Strong fundamentals in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of the development lifecycle.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA (2-3 days per week)

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of graphics and visualization tools like D3 or ThreeJS.
• Familiarity with client-side build tools such as Ember CLI or Webpack.
