Manager, Business Assurance and Compliance Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as a compliance business partner for assigned business units and provide operational guidance.
• Monitor fintech regulatory changes, conduct gap analyses, and communicate potential impacts to relevant teams.
• Support compliant product development and launches for digital banking, digital wallet, and online transaction services.
• Develop, maintain, and review compliance policies, procedures, assessments, regulatory filings, and correspondence.
• Conduct product and service compliance monitoring, analyze compliance data, and assist with reports for board and management committees.
• Support compliance training, internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, third-party assessments, and compliance-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of fintech regulations and financial products and services.
• Familiarity with digital financial services, digital payments, and cryptocurrency.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of compliance principles, laws, regulations, and technology used for compliance assessment and management.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance management systems and tools.
• Significant financial services experience.
• Knowledge of IT, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency regulations.
