Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Part Time - Hybrid (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Hybrid schedule with two onsite days and administrative hours completed remotely. Requires availability after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $72,500 USD annually for a 20-hour-per-week part-time schedule. Additional patients are compensated at $100 per clinical hour.

What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress, safety, and clinical outcomes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families and provide education about diagnoses and treatment options.
• Collaborate with therapists, specialists, and interdisciplinary colleagues to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in weekly team and clinical supervision meetings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and oversee digital and laboratory diagnostic results.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure, including work with children and adolescents.
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license, DEA license, and state prescriptive authority required.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week, including 10 hours during after-school core hours after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet; proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
