Senior Product Manager, User Interfaces (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $215,000–$280,000 per year in California, plus equity and a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Own product strategy and the roadmap for user-facing interfaces, dashboards, and consoles.
• Partner with design and engineering to define and ship intuitive, reliable user experiences.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to guide interface improvements.
• Define success metrics for usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with customer success and support to identify experience pain points.
• Communicate roadmap priorities across engineering, design, and leadership while balancing simplicity with infrastructure complexity.

Requirements

• Product management experience in developer tools, dashboards, or infrastructure user interfaces.
• Strong product sense and experience partnering closely with design.
• Comfort engaging with technical customers and translating feedback into requirements.
• Track record of shipping user-facing products that balance simplicity and power.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Palo Alto, California.
