Senior Communications Specialist (Imaging Solutions)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global's headquarters in San Diego, United States; travel required for Imaging events.

Salary: $84,014–$112,017 annual base pay, plus an eligible corporate bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Plan and execute media relations and product launch programs, tracking KPIs and reporting results to stakeholders.
• Manage PR agencies and support product launches, evergreen PR activities, media materials, reports, and inquiries.
• Write and adapt press releases, FAQs, and other communications materials in coordination with global stakeholders.
• Build relationships with technology and lifestyle press, influencers, and ambassadors, and manage media review and product loan programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional messaging with Corporate Communications, product experts, and partner departments.
• Support Imaging event planning and execution, including on-site media and influencer management, briefings, and paid creator projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related public relations experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience translating technical product features into stories for different audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial, innovative, self-starting, solutions-oriented, and collaborative approach.
