hirify.global is building the future of physical AI through Genesis-World, an open-source, general-purpose simulation platform for robotics.

What you will do

  • Develop the software engineering backbone of the Genesis-World platform to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Optimize testing infrastructure for a JIT-compiled engine to eliminate compile-time bottlenecks.
  • Implement bit-exact simulation reproduction and automated standalone reproduction scripts for debugging.
  • Drive the integration of differentiable simulation features in collaboration with the compiler team.
  • Refactor legacy subsystems and improve scene serialization, telemetry, and replay capabilities.
  • Review issues and pull requests while engaging with the open-source community.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Paris or London (Hybrid).
  • Strong Python engineering experience on large codebases, including architecture, refactoring, and performance profiling.
  • Experience with developer tooling, test infrastructure, or CI at scale.
  • Fluency with JIT compilation, code generation, or GPU computing stacks (CUDA, AMD ROCm, Metal).
  • Ability to debug across a full platform matrix including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Strong open-source reflexes and experience in community communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience with robotics simulators like Drake, MuJoCo, Isaac, or Brax.
  • Proficiency with PyTorch, Triton, JAX, or Numba.
  • Knowledge of 3D tooling (Blender, Houdini) and serialization formats (USD, glTF, URDF).
  • Experience with C++, CUDA, or Metal.
