Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Answer member and field phone calls and process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions.
• Analyze and process complex and non-routine brokerage transactions, including items that are not in good order.
• Manage workflow, provide functional coverage, and collaborate with brokerage operations and service teams.
• Maintain working knowledge of brokerage products, services, affiliated systems, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with field professionals, the clearing firm, and internal business units to provide timely account-status communications.
• Meet or exceed service-level and department quality standards while following applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 1–2 years of related financial services experience.
• 3–5 years of brokerage industry experience, particularly with account transfers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or Series 66 licenses required, or obtain them within 90 days of hire.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is a critical factor.
