Director, HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end talent management, performance evaluation, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Manage compensation cycles, salary and bonus reviews, internal equity, and market-based pay recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring, interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including compliant voluntary and involuntary exits and change communications.
• Coordinate Mexico payroll operations, review monthly payroll inputs and outputs, and resolve payroll issues.
• Advise Mexico leadership on people strategy, organizational capability, engagement, culture, and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience managing payroll and benefits programs in Mexico.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, performance processes, and organizational development.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, provide strategic HR advice, and manage stakeholders effectively.
