Director, HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Lead talent management, objective-setting, performance evaluation, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Manage annual compensation and bonus cycles, pay-related guidance, market insights, and internal equity recommendations.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and structured onboarding for Mexico.
• Oversee employee exits, change communications, payroll administration, benefits programs, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Coordinate audit documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory, labor, and internal policy requirements.
• Advise Mexico leadership on people strategy, organizational capability, employee engagement, culture, and organizational health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience managing payroll and benefits programs in Mexico.
• Experience with talent management, performance processes, and organizational development.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, provide strategic HR partnership, and manage stakeholders effectively.
