What you will do

• Perform comprehensive transthoracic echocardiographic examinations according to American Society of Echocardiography guidelines and Neko clinical protocols.
• Acquire and label high-quality cardiac images and produce accurate same-session reports.
• Integrate echocardiographic findings into members’ full-body preventive health assessments.
• Participate in cardiology multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate with consulting cardiologists when escalation is required.
• Document findings accurately, perform basic imaging-equipment troubleshooting, and support a smooth member experience.
• Contribute to audits, peer reviews, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of echo protocols.

Requirements

• ARDMS RDCS or CCI RCS certification in adult echocardiography, enabling independent reporting without routine cardiologist co-signature.
• At least two years of post-certification independent reporting experience.
• Ability to perform and interpret a full range of transthoracic echocardiographic studies, including Global Longitudinal Strain evaluations.
• Strong communication skills for explaining findings to members and clinical colleagues.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D echocardiographic imaging.
• Experience integrating echo findings into preventive or longitudinal health assessments.
• Experience in a high-volume or technology-forward clinical setting.
• Involvement in clinical research, protocol development, or health technology initiatives.
