What you will do
- Create 2D motion design and animation for social media, digital advertising, video, banners, UI elements, and interactive experiences.
- Develop motion concepts and translate creative ideas into engaging visual experiences.
- Edit video and combine animation, sound, music, and visual elements into polished deliverables.
- Adapt existing creative assets across formats while maintaining brand guidelines and visual consistency.
- Apply motion principles across web, mobile web, mobile applications, and other digital environments.
- Collaborate with designers, creatives, and stakeholders, present creative decisions, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 2D motion design and animation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of design principles, animation, timing, composition, visual storytelling, and cross-platform motion design.
- Ability to work independently, solve visual problems, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency and LATAM-based location required.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D motion design or animation.
- Familiarity with UI/UX animation and prototyping.
- Experience in advertising, creative agencies, or brand environments.
- Familiarity with emerging motion design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows.
