Senior Motion Designer

Location: Remote, LATAM-based; São Paulo

What you will do

• Create 2D motion design and animation for social media, digital advertising, video, banners, UI elements, and interactive experiences.
• Develop motion concepts and translate creative ideas into polished visual experiences.
• Edit video and combine animation, sound, music, and visual elements into cohesive deliverables.
• Adapt existing creative assets across formats while maintaining brand guidelines and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, creative teams, and stakeholders, present creative decisions, and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple deliverables from concept through final production while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 2D motion design and animation for advertising, social media, video, and digital campaigns.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation, timing, composition, visual storytelling, and cross-platform motion design.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Advanced English proficiency and LATAM-based location required.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D motion design or animation.
• Familiarity with UI/UX animation, prototyping, and emerging motion design tools, including AI-assisted creative tools.
• Experience in advertising, creative agencies, or brand environments.
