What you will do

• Write fixed-bed CMM programs for complex dimensional inspections.
• Collaborate with Quality and Design Engineers to align inspection methods with customer and internal requirements.
• Continuously improve inspection processes and ensure technicians execute inspection plans accurately.
• Plan and execute First Article Inspections with Quality Engineers and Technicians.
• Advise engineering teams on tolerancing and inspection methods throughout design and development.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Requirements

• Associate degree in engineering or a related technical field plus at least 1 year of CMM programming experience, or at least 5 years of CMM programming experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with coordinate measurement machines and related software, preferably PC-DMIS.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures.
• Full knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Experience working in an AS9100 and ISO 9001 facility.

• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector certification.
