General Ledger Supervisor

Location: Pasadena, California, United States

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Maintain accurate general ledger balances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform timely and accurate monthly closing and prepare reporting packages for headquarters.
• Prepare account reconciliations and account analyses.
• Coordinate responses to accounting and reporting requests.
• Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience with business and accounting or financial reporting processes, systems, and controls.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting policies and internal controls; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is required, with 3 or more years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, multitasking, and self-management.

Nice to have

• Public accounting audit experience.
• SAP experience.
• Mandarin language skills.
