Level II/III Vibration Analyst (IR/UE/MCE)

Location: Based around Sacramento, California, with travel to surrounding states; U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

Salary: $50–$60 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct vibration testing programs for a variety of equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform infrared thermography, ultrasound emission, and motor circuit evaluation testing.
• Review customer specifications and complete testing to meet deadlines and workload requirements.
• Collect and analyze testing data while maintaining accurate records.
• Follow internal quality assurance policies and interface with clients.

Requirements

• Level II or Level III qualifications with IR, UE, and MCE certification.
• Good mechanical skills and computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable ITAR export-control requirements.
• Ability to travel in the Sacramento area and work extended shifts or periods as required.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, around operating equipment, and with hazardous materials; ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.

Nice to have

• Offline motor testing experience.
• Experience with Emonitor vibration software.
