Test Engineer (New Grad)

Salary: $96,000–$106,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom test solutions and data acquisition systems for mechanical and electrical hardware.
• Design, fabricate, and operate test fixtures, adapters, test stands, and other testing tools.
• Define and execute hardware test plans, qualification campaigns, and design reviews.
• Build test equipment and implement test automation for hardware validation.
• Analyze test data and failures, troubleshoot unexpected results, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to improve hardware reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar engineering field.
• At least 1 year of hardware development or test engineering experience through projects, research, internships, or professional work.
• Ability to design and fabricate test fixtures, adapters, and related testing tools.
• Experience with digital hardware communication and integration.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience with finite element analysis.
• Experience with data acquisition, instrumentation, pumps, valves, and automation equipment.
• Experience building and testing fluid or electrical systems.
