Quality Engineer (AI)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office work from the Prague office is required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain mission-critical processing services across the full application lifecycle.
• Create and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers for the data intelligence platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to take solutions from initial design through production.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and other engineering best practices.
• Experiment with new technologies, platform ecosystems, and AI-assisted approaches to improve automation and platform capabilities.
• Improve application quality, reliability, and testing practices across the DDX business unit.

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, testing, and operating software applications or platform components.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or another modern programming language.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data structures, algorithms, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience building and maintaining automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing layers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted QA automation and cloud networking concepts, plus strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
