Software Developer - Internal Compute Frameworks (Rust)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-grade distributed systems.
• Build and support internal frameworks, services, and platforms using Rust, Python, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
• Own the reliability and performance of systems developed by the team.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support live production systems.
• Collaborate with investment stakeholders and technology teams from requirements gathering through production support.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of full-time software development experience.
• Professional proficiency and prior experience with C++.
• Ability to demonstrate Rust programming skills during the interview process; prior Rust experience is beneficial but not required.
• Hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes microservices.
• Experience with highly available distributed systems or large datasets, as well as supporting and monitoring large production systems.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder interaction experience, Linux familiarity, version control, and CI/CD pipeline design experience.
