What you will do
- Monitor KYC operations performance to achieve targets and maintain data quality.
- Oversee information clean-up and KYC data requests from partners and stakeholders.
- Manage aftersales operations and ensure KPI achievement.
- Ensure processes follow BSP policies and established procedures.
- Drive continuous improvements across internal and external stakeholder operations.
Requirements
- Graduate degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations management.
- Experience monitoring operational excellence and resilience across multiple initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good command of English is essential.
