Technical Recruiter (Aerospace & Defense)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software, hardware, design, electrical, mechanical, aerospace, and software engineering roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit while delivering a strong candidate experience through onboarding.
• Coordinate and improve interview processes with hiring teams.
• Build talent pipelines, maintain accurate ATS records, and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or software engineers.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through closing offers.
• Ability to evaluate and report on recruiting data and distinguish top talent within technical fields.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment with little guidance.
