Founding Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Salary: $160,000–$275,000 per year

hirify.global is building an AI-powered commercial engine for pharmaceutical marketers to automate compliant, reference-backed therapeutics marketing.

What you will do

• Design, build, and harden FastAPI backend services and APIs for ingestion, retrieval, annotation, and compliance checks.
• Develop reliable background job infrastructure with Celery and Redis, including scheduling, retries, idempotency, backoff, and result storage.
• Package and deploy LLM and RAG agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, including secrets, networking, autoscaling, and cost controls.
• Build enterprise integrations with Veeva Promomats, Adobe, and Figma.
• Orchestrate document-processing pipelines for PDFs and images, including OCR, embeddings, metadata enrichment, and vector search.

Requirements

• Relevant experience building and deploying enterprise-grade products.
• Strong full-stack web development skills with Python, FastAPI, Docker, and AWS.
• Experience creating LLM-based workflows, RAG pipelines, or agentic solutions with models such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and drive results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Work onsite in New York City.
