Salary: $150,000–$300,000 per year, with flexible salary and equity compensation mixes.

What you will do

  • Design and prototype Moving Target Indication algorithms using a multistatic radar configuration.
  • Productionize radar system architectures for space-based MTI applications with strong performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Analyze detection probability, false alarm rates, clutter suppression, and tracking accuracy.
  • Develop simulation tools to model radar behavior and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and program management teams on system integration and deployment.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with radar system modeling and simulation.
  • Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, self-direction, and accountability.
  • Must currently hold or be able to maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required ITAR authorizations.

Nice to have

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of radar systems engineering experience focused on moving target detection and indication.
  • Knowledge of MTI, Doppler processing, clutter suppression, and space-time adaptive processing.
  • Experience with GMTI, AMTI, bistatic or multistatic radar, or military and defense radar systems.
