Software Developer - Data Products and Services

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, gather requirements, and collect documentation.
• Build and maintain scalable, production-grade backend applications using Python.
• Develop and maintain frontend web applications using React.
• Design, build, and support machine learning frameworks, data science tools, microservices, and other data-driven products.
• Take ownership of products and ensure their continued support and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and web development.
• Experience with relational databases and document stores.
• Experience owning or contributing to end-to-end full-stack applications.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Nice to have

• Rust experience.
• Experience with highly available distributed systems.
• Experience with JavaScript and React frontend development.
• Experience working with large datasets.
