What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Applied Field Engineers specializing in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics.
• Drive customer workloads into production and increase consumption of contracted software services.
• Guide customer architecture reviews to prevent technical debt and ensure scalability.
• Participate in technical sales engagements and executive-level architecture discussions as a player/coach.
• Aggregate field insights, product gaps, and customer blockers for senior leadership and roadmap discussions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align technical resources with regional pipeline and key accounts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or technical consulting.
• 2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading technical overlay or specialist teams.
• Experience driving activation and usage of software services in consumption-based models.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of Generative AI/LLMs, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Cloud Data Architecture.
• Ability to communicate with VP- and Director-level stakeholders and translate technical value into business outcomes.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
