Product Owner (Sportsbook)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid work

What you will do

• Own assigned sportsbook features and initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-launch.
• Write product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and flowcharts.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog with the Product Manager and development teams.
• Collaborate with product design, data, engineering, marketing, operations, and other departments.
• Define and track success metrics, communicate release updates, and report progress and learnings.
• Coordinate UAT, maintain product documentation, conduct demos and training, and identify live-product improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in an equivalent product role.
• Experience owning features through the full delivery lifecycle and managing a product backlog.
• Practical experience with Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Ability to write clear user stories and well-structured acceptance criteria.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Understanding of backend architecture, databases, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience in gambling, betting, gaming, or sportsbook products.
• Interest in sports, sports betting, or the broader gambling industry.
