What you will do

• Manage MPS and customer new product introduction quality processes, including process control, data collection, change management, and stage deliverables.
• Develop and maintain customer NPI packages and templates.
• Collect and review data for pre-sale and post-sale customer activities.
• Support customer complaint analysis, corrective actions, and reporting through data collection.
• Manage material composition declaration rules and databases for new products.
• Collect new raw-material supplier data, provide compliance training, and submit scheduled reports to customers and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IC quality principles and relevant industry standards.
• Statistical and engineering skills for effective interaction with engineering teams.
• Experience with NPI, SMT, quality control, customer support, and supplier management.
• Good English communication skills for accurate communication with internal departments and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel data analysis; Minitab skills are preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FMEA, CP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, RMA, and 8D reporting.
• Knowledge of wafer and package characteristics.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
