What you will do
- Drive the long-term product strategy for global Foreign Exchange products.
- Build scalable, API-first solutions for enterprises managing currency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver complex, high-availability platforms.
- Lead data-driven product discovery and execution with a user-centric approach.
- Influence cross-functional teams and mentor other Product Managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with FX or broader financial products.
- Strong understanding of FX market structure, including spot, forwards, derivatives, and regulation.
- Experience delivering complex, high-availability platforms in close collaboration with engineering.
- Data-driven, user-centric approach to product discovery and execution.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor Product Managers.
