Sr Analyst I Software Engineering

What you will do

• Write, test, and debug software, including complex and critical components.
• Collaborate on design and code reviews and help define software requirements and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise, investigate complex issues, and propose solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
• Assess new technologies and contribute to the adoption of software engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications or additional training.
