Senior Hardware Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Drive embedded computing system products from concept to production.
• Define hardware specifications and develop test plans.
• Capture schematics using OrCAD and provide PCB layout instructions.
• Collaborate with layout, mechanical, and signal integrity engineers to complete designs.
• Bring up systems and perform engineering validation in the laboratory.
• Coordinate hardware builds, procurement, and cross-functional technical discussions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hardware engineering experience; 7 or more years is desirable.
• Hands-on board design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and signal integrity experience.
• Familiarity with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro.
• Knowledge of I2C, SMBUS, SPI, UART, USB, PCIe, DDR4/DDR5, display, and network interfaces.
• Knowledge of DC-DC step-down converter design and x86/Arm server subsystems.
• Experience with laboratory equipment, system bring-up, design validation, debugging, and technical communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with firmware, Linux, and scripting languages.
