TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (AI Robotics): Driving end-to-end customer deployments of physical AI and robotics systems with an accent on cross-functional coordination across software, hardware, infrastructure, operations, and customer teams. Focus on site readiness, integration planning, testing, validation, launch execution, and resolving technical and operational blockers.
Location: Paris, France; hybrid. Travel to customer sites is required as needed for critical deployment milestones.

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end execution of critical customer deployment programs with the Head of Deployment.
- Own cross-functional programs spanning robotics software, AI, hardware, infrastructure, operations, and customer success.
- Coordinate engineering milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple teams.
- Drive site readiness through integration planning, testing, validation, site logistics, and launch execution.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to translate technical requirements and report progress.
- Build scalable deployment planning, release management, and customer onboarding processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or product operations for complex hardware/software platforms.
- Technical depth to navigate discussions with software engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs from early planning through production rollout.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating distributed engineering teams, leadership, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to structure ambiguous operational problems.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Paris and travel to customer sites as needed.
Nice to have
- Direct experience deploying robotics or autonomous systems in real-world environments.
- Technical background in autonomy, perception, controls, simulation, machine learning, or field engineering.
