Focus on coordinating project managers and contributing organizations, leading quality gates and Go/No Go reviews, and managing schedule, cost, quality, risks, and opportunities.
Location: Marseille Area, based at the Helicopters site in Marignane, France

Helicopters develops and manufactures helicopters and is transforming its industrial operations through a new global ERP program.
What you will do
- Define and execute the global roadmap for integrated SAP S4/HANA solutions across the New ERP program’s core models.
- Manage the development and deployment strategy, including the broader IT landscape transformation connected to the ERP rollout.
- Establish and maintain integrated planning for S4/HANA activities and dependent projects, ensuring realistic schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
- Coordinate Core Model Project Managers, system integrators, Information Management teams, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor execution, identify deviations, build mitigation plans, and manage delivery risks and opportunities.
- Lead quality gates and Go/No Go reviews while ensuring delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or a comparable field.
- Experience managing highly complex IT projects and SAP projects.
- Strong rigor with facts, plans, and figures.
- Experience in program coordination, stakeholder relationship management, communication, and conflict management.
- Professional English proficiency required.
- Ability to work at the Helicopters site in Marignane, France; the position requires security clearance.
