ARP Value Management Office Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead the ARP Value Management Office within the Digital for Operations department.
• Establish and track business metrics, KPIs, and value realization frameworks.
• Translate portfolio strategy into prioritized epics and capabilities through Lean governance.
• Provide executive transparency through dashboards, ROI tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate end-to-end value delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains using SAFe.
• Drive executive reporting and use digital and AI tools to improve program communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, project management, or an equivalent field.
• Experience governing complex, large-scale ERP transformation programs using SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in SAFe at Portfolio and Large Solution levels, including Lean Portfolio Management.
• Experience with program financials, budgeting, ROI analysis, and business KPI tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management, political acumen, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Advanced English and French required; 20–30% travel is required.
