Narrative and Content Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with in-person collaboration at the New York office 3+ days per week and flexibility to work remotely.

On-target earnings: $165,000–$185,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the editorial calendar and publishing cadence across blogs, social media, email, and other channels.
• Write and publish thought leadership, original data reports, gated guides, product stories, and analysis of government trends.
• Own hirify.global’s social presence and ghostwrite for founders while developing distinct executive voices.
• Build customer stories by sourcing, producing, and publishing case studies and customer videos with Sales and Deployment.
• Optimize content distribution for SEO and AI discoverability, measure performance, and experiment with new formats.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, editorial, or a related field, with a portfolio of personally written work.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to make technical, bureaucratic, and complex topics clear and compelling.
• Ability to take content from research and writing through publishing, distribution, SEO, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing social channels and ghostwriting for executives across different audiences and formats.
• Understanding of how content can generate pipeline, influence deals, strengthen the brand, and engage customers.
• Ability to use AI to accelerate research and execution without sacrificing originality, judgment, or quality.
