Client Success Manager

What you will do

• Act as the executive single point of contact for account delivery.
• Coordinate delivery teams and personnel to meet client objectives and contractual commitments.
• Lead the resolution of critical incidents and high-risk projects.
• Oversee service-level agreements, financial targets, and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic growth across client accounts.
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations for governance forums.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent senior experience.
• 8+ years of experience in technology service delivery and leadership roles.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams and managing complex cross-functional problems.
• Experience with financial management, including P&L and cost optimisation.
• Outstanding executive communication, client engagement, and escalation management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with government clients.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
