What you will do
- Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance for end-to-end RoPA documentation and complex DPIA, LIA, SPA, and TIA assessments.
- Assess data protection risks and recommend proportionate, pragmatic mitigation measures.
- Translate complex regulatory, legal, and policy requirements into practical frameworks and operational processes.
- Independently resolve high-risk, high-complexity, and ambiguous process activities while advis cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review assessment outputs, mentor junior colleagues, and improve team capabilities.
- Lead improvements to assessment frameworks, templates, privacy tool, and guidance documentation.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of hands-on data protection and privacy compliance experience.
- Expert knowledge of data protection and privacy principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with data protection assessments, vendor risk assessments, data breach assessments, and DSR handl.
- Background in technology, information security, risk management, or legal.
- Ability to communicate complex data protection and privacy positions clearly and confidently.
- Data protection or privacy train or certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPT.
