What you will do

• Trade and manage a portion of the European single-stock options book.
• Apply rigorous risk management and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Improve option pricing and trading strategies with fundamental stock analysts.
• Design, implement, and refine strategies through data analysis, prototyping, and collaboration with developers.
• Combine systematic and quantitative skills with product knowledge to improve pricing and execution.
• Contribute leadership and market expertise to expanding options market-making desks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience trading European single-stock options in a market-making role.
• A proven track record in profit and loss and market share.
• Strong understanding of the European single-stock options market structure.
• Outstanding numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with automated options trading strategies and interest in their development.
• Ability to take significant responsibility in an expanding trading firm.

• Programming experience.
