What you will do

• Make real-time trading and risk decisions for an electronic options market-making business.
• Monitor and optimize automated trading systems in live markets.
• Analyze pricing, hedging, and execution outcomes to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop and deploy new models and tools.
• Calibrate and enhance options pricing and risk frameworks.
• Use data-driven analysis to prioritize platform enhancements and scalability.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in options market-making, electronic, or quantitative trading.
• Strong knowledge of options pricing, volatility, and risk management.
• Ability to apply systematic and analytical thinking to complex trading problems.
• Professional experience reading and writing code.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Experience with automated market-making systems and market microstructure.
• Knowledge of listed options in Asian or global markets.
