Technician III-Equipment

What you will do

• Sustain and maintain electro-mechanical equipment, jigs, tooling, and logistics used in front-of-line, back-end, or test assembly.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems in non-functioning manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using layouts, blueprints, manuals, sketches, and drawings.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment for equipment checkouts and rebuild manufacturing equipment when required.
• Perform equipment modifications and technical projects under the direction of manufacturing engineering or management.

Requirements

• Education in electronics, electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics, instrumentation and control technology, or engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a semiconductor company.
• Experience assigned to front-of-line, back-end, or test assembly operations.
• Male candidates not more than 40 years old.
• Travel requirement: 0–25%.
