What you will do

  • Develop and execute regulatory strategies for Mexico and Colombia aligned with Latin American objectives.
  • Engage with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and policymakers to advocate for compliant and innovative policies.
  • Analyze local regulatory proposals and provide strategic guidance on risks and opportunities.
  • Support licensing approval processes and coordinate regulatory documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and address challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years regulatory experience in financial services or crypto-asset industry.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Mexico and Colombia.
  • Proven experience working with or within regulatory authorities.
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Exceptional communication and diplomatic skills for stakeholder management.
  • University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
